Fax or Email a letter indicating that you are allowing your insurance company to handle the transporting of your vehicle from our yard. Please include your name, phone number, the insurance company’s name, and complete description of your vehicle. Along with this letter, you will need to include a copy of your license and current registration or Title.

If a person other than the registered owner is retrieving the vehicle, that person will need an official government photo ID or valid license, a signedVehicle Release Formfrom the registered owner granting permission for the named individual to retrieve the vehicle, a photo copy of the registered owner’s ID and payment (Cash and all major credit cards accepted)

Each Law Enforcement towing contract has a different fee schedule. These fees are not negotiable and are required to be paid to release the vehicle. This is not our policy as these guidelines are set by the County/State.

Rockdale has tow truck operators available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Rest assured that no matter the time of day or night, you will reach a live person, not an automated service, to help assist with your towing needs.

Due to the innumerable insurance issues, and because our tow yard is where we store the property of others, which we are responsible for, you will not be able to work on any vehicle in or at the tow yard.
